Proper wine storage. Store wine in a cool place— optimally between 50 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit with minimal temperature change, but anywhere between 32 and 70 degrees Fahrenheit — where there is no light or vibration. Position corked wine bottles horizontally to keep cork moist and metal or plastic capped wine bottles vertically. Refrigerate any leftover wine.
